View a Challenge

To view the details and configuration properties of a Challenge:

1. Select Challenges from the top navigation bar, then select Challenges > Challenges from the side navigation menu. The Challenges screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, search for and select the desired Challenge (see Search for a Challenge for more information on the available search options). The Challenge Details screen is displayed with the Definition tab selected.

3. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

Header

The header area of the Challenge Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Challenge, including its name, description, status, and effectivity period.

From the header area, you can copy an Challenge to use as the basis for a new Challenge. See Create a Challenge for more information.

Also from the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the Challenge. See Define Challenge Operational Ranges for more information.

Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete a Challenge.

Definition Tab

The Definition tab of the Challenge Details screen displays many of the configuration options and properties available for this Challenge. The specific properties displayed will vary depending on the selected Challenge Type.

Display Tab

The Display tab allows you to define the content of the Challenge as it appears to Members on your website or in your app. See Getting Started with the Content Editor for more information.

You can also preview the content to verify that it's rendering correctly. See Preview Challenge Content for more information.

Eligibility Tab

The Eligibility tab of the Challenge Details screen allows you to target a Challenge to only the Members selected by a Segment or at a Place. See Target a Challenge for more information.

Advanced Options Tab

The Advanced Options tab of the Challenge Details screen allows you to configure a range of advanced properties related to the Challenge. See Configure Challenge Advanced Options for more information.

Responses Tab

The Responses tab of the Challenge Details screen is used to view and manage the Responses for this Challenge. See View Challenges Responses for more information.

From this tab, you can manually set the status of a Challenge Response. See Change Challenge Response Status for more information.

Translations Tab

The Translations tab is used to provide a convenient summary of the different Challenge content variations defined for each locale that you support. See Working with Challenge Translations for more information.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab provides a graphical representation of a Challenge’s performance. The Challenge Dashboard shows several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Total Views and Total Responses, along with bar graphs depicting the number of Views and Responses per month, over the past twelve months.

Used By Tab

The Used By tab of the Challenge Details screen provides a list of other assets within your account that reference this Challenge.
